The International Justice endorses unilateral proclamations of independence

The ruling in favor of the legality of Kosovo independence will probably be recognized by more countries, in addition to the 69 states that have already given their support for the independence of the former Serbian province. According to analysts, the five states that have refused so far to recognize the sovereignty of Kosovo, Spain is one of them, now will have to do so.
