No a l’exclusió de pobles i llengües! No al despotisme il.lustrat! No a aquest tractat injust i mal anomenat constitució europea!
El poble català, poble mil.lenari del continent europeu, no vol compartir la seva legítima sobirania
amb l’Europa excloent de llengües i pobles que es dibuixa en aquest darrer tractat, i que els Estats actuals pretenen signar a Roma, el 29 d’octubre de 2004, en un pur exercici de despotisme il.lustrat, o sigui: teoricament pel poble però en realitat sense el poble, «Ells decideixen i el poble que només opini quatre mesos després!»

I Sign to say No against this Constitutional Treaty which does not recognize neither
Nature Nations nor the European Languages. It Denies the Right to a self-determination. It
withdraws in social and democratic rights. Instigate the extreme rearmament of the States.
I sign No against the European Constitution because this Constitutional Treaty does not
recognize clearly and explicitly the Catalan people from Salses to Guardamar, from Fraga
to Maó, as European people with their rights to a self-determination and subjected to its own sovereignty.
Furthermore it does not recognize the Catalan language officially.
