Catalonia is not Spain "Freedom Catalonia" Independence!

ENGLISH (Catalonia is not Spain)

That easy. For longer than 800 years we were a State within Europe, with our own laws, our own Counts/Earls, our own Kings... Catalan Parliament, roots of what we nowadays call Democracy, was founded long before the British even had one.

300 hundred years ago we lost a war against the Castillians (there was no UN at that time, the bigger the country, the bigger its army), so that is why we have an Spanish pass today. No other reason. Castillians conquered Catalonia.

Catalan Culture, Language, Social Traditions, Festivities, Gastronomy, History, Thinking, are totally different from those named Castillians.

Some of us defend, peacefully and democratically (the democracy we didn't receive for 300 years), respectfully with those who think differently, the right of independence from Spain. We, as Catalan Populace, have the right to get back the Freedom that was once usurped from us, against our will, killing our brothers and sisters, forcefully.

Catalunya no és Espanya. Així de simple. Durant més de 800 anys vam ser un Estat dins Europa, amb les nostres lleis, comptes, reis. El Parlament Català, arrel de l’anomenada Democràcia avui en dia, fou creat molt abans que els britànics en tinguéssin un.

Fa 300 anys vam perdre una guerra amb els Castellans (no hi havia Nacions Unides, per aquell temps, com més gran era el país, més gran el seu exèrcit), per la qual cosa tenim passaport espanyol a dia d’avui. No hi ha cap altre motiu. Els Castellans van conquerir Catalunya.

La Cultura Catalana, l’Idioma, les Tradicions Socials, les Festivitats, la Gastronomia, la Història, el Pensament, són absolutament divergents amb aquells anomenats Castellans.

Alguns de nosaltres defensem, pacíficament i democràtica (la democràcia que no vam rebre fa 300 anys), respectuosament amb aquells que no pensen com nosaltres, el dret a la independència de Catalunya. Nosaltres, el Poble Català, tenim el dret de recuperar la llibertat que ens va ser usurpada, en contra de la nostra voluntat, assassinant els nostres germans i germanes, per la força.
